What packaging do we use?

All product will be vacuum packed (all red deer products and steaks) or tray over wrapped (all burgers, sausages and game birds).

Will it arrive fresh or frozen?

All product will be frozen.

How much is delivery?

Delivery of all items will be £10 only.

When will delivery be and how long will it take?

All deliveries will be sent out on a Tuesday or a Thursday and will arrive the next day.

Where do we deliver to?

As our items are perishable unfortunately we can only deliver to mainland U.K.

What is the shelf life of the products?

All frozen product has a shelf life of 365 days if kept frozen. Once defrosted it will have a shelf life of 7 days

Are any of your products farmed, or is it all completely natural and wild?

Yes all products are 100% wild.

Where does the product come from?

All products are 100% from the Scottish Highlands.

What accreditations do you have?

We have both SALSA (Safe And Local Supplier Approval) and SQWV (Scottish Quality Wild Venison) and are the only game supplier in Scotland to have achieved this.

Are there any other products available to us not for sale on this website?

Are there any MSA's (Major Serious Allergens) found in your product?

The only MSA’s found are as additives to our burgers and sausages.a.) Wheat and gluten: in rusks and seasonings.b.) Sulphur Dioxide: in rusks and seasonings.
